About Asset Management & Engineering

Our assets span over a century of engineering, from pipes laid over 150 years ago to state-of-the-art sewage treatment works, operating 24/7 under London’s busiest streets and through the rolling hills of the Cotswolds.

Our Asset Management and Engineering teams are the guardians of our water and wastewater infrastructure. From assessing the condition of aging assets to designing future-ready systems, they make sure every pipe, pump, and plant performs at its best—today and for future generations.

You’ll work on strategic planning, data-driven decision-making and hands-on engineering that directly impacts millions of lives. Whether you’re optimising asset lifecycles, designing sustainable systems or leading critical upgrades, your work will help shape a smarter, more resilient network.
