FAQs

  • What pre-employment checks will I have to go through?

It depends on the type of role you’re applying for, but you’ll need to prove your right to work in the UK, verify your identity and provide at least two references from recent employment, training or activity for the past three years.

For some roles, we might need to do further checks including criminal record checks, security clearance, any essential qualifications needed and DVLA. We’ll tell you what checks we’ll need to do when you apply for a specific role. You can also find out more information about our recruitment process.

  • Can I send you my CV?

If you’d like to join the Thames Water family, but can’t find the role you’re looking for, you’re very welcome to join our talent pool.
