Community is at the heart of everything we do, and we’ve already set up several initiatives to create a fairer society with good work for all:

  • Greater London Authority Design Lab’s Workforce Integration Network Design Lab, removing barriers to recruitment for young black men
  • 10,000 Black Interns campaign, offering work experience to young Black people
  • 5% Club, aiming to have 5% of our workforce in ‘earn and learn’ positions
  • Ban the Box campaign, improving career opportunities for people with convictions
  • Care Leavers’ Covenant, promising to provide support for carers aged 16-25
  • Workwhile partnership to create high-quality apprenticeships.
